LANDSIDE

It was too foggy to see anything so I gave the terminal a miss. If you continue past the terminal area the next right takes you into the maintenance area. There was an unmanned security hut so not sure if you are meant to drive down here but there was nothing to stop you. Some of the stored aircraft can be seen from here. E120’s and CRJ’s amongst a few smaller things.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Timetables suggest this is an extremely quiet airport with pretty much Adria flights only. May be worth a visit if you need some of the aircraft here for maintenance but any aircraft in the hangers are unlikely to be seen. A very nice city to visit for a weekend away.
