Rwandair offers good connections between various African cities as well as some further afield.

They have a morning and night time rush when most of there fleet can be seen. Most importantly there two CRJ900s and two DHC8s. 

​

They have a nice little terminal but it has no views so you have to rely on seeing everything on arrival or departure. I was lucky, I couldn’t read everything at night but as both CRJs and DHC8s where parked up it wasn’t a problem. A morning visit would be best, especially due to the lack of views from the terminal.

Rwanda Governments Gulfstream also noted along with an Ethiopian and a Turkish.
